I am Lindsey Barrell, Founder of The Pink Dragonfly. I'm a qualified Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach, Public Speaker, Trainer/Facilitator, Reiki Master and NLP Practitioner. I have devoted the past 13 years of my life to supporting others; with their well-being and their life choices, their mental health, confidence and through challenging situations.

Incredibly passionate about enablement and empowerment, I have gained experience from working across a number of sectors; including employability, education, sensory and charity. I strive to help people to make the decisions and changes they need, using a holistic approach and a variety of techniques , so that they can live their lives to their full potential.

Whether it be personal or corporate, group or individual, Mindfulness meditation to Reiki healing, empowerment workshop to engaging talk, I will work with you to identify your needs and will tailor a package or activity to suit them.
