I have been listening to Lindsey’s Mindfulness sessions since April 2020 and they have really been a great source of relaxation. I have really enjoyed listening to Lindsey, either live on a Sunday, or whenever I can during the week to help me relax and quite often get myself off to sleep. Before I started listening to these sessions I found sleeping quite difficult but now I know with the breathing techniques she talks us through I am able to get into a sense of pure relaxation and fall asleep! I cannot speak highly enough of Lindsey and the time she has given to the hundreds of members who benefit from her expert Mindfulness on a weekly basis.

I have been taking Mindfulness instruction with the lovely Lindsey for several years. Due to Covid 19, and the situation we have found ourselves in, Lindsey, very generously, offered up her time and expertise to guide us through some Mindfulness and relaxation techniques via weekly online classes. These classes are free and open to all. I have found them to be truly inspirational and beneficial during these very difficult times. I particularly enjoy the deep breathing and the guided garden walk meditations. Lindsey has a gentle, calming voice and is a pleasure to listen to. Thank you Lindsey for all that you give. I’ve always found relaxing, sitting still and concentrating a challenge, and wanted to try Mindfulness as way to slow my thoughts. Lindsey orchestrated each session with such calm confidence at a time of uncertainty, worry and stress. I can’t believe the difference I felt, immediately more relaxed, calmed and peaceful. Lindsey takes you through guided journey slowly, giving you confidence and self awareness building on your techniques so it always new and fresh, equally restful. I enjoy revisiting my sessions during the week as preparation to going to bed, as it de stresses me and restores my well-being and enables restful sleep.

I have to tell you though, that I joined into your session on Sunday and it was absolutely perfect for me – you getting us to visualise the clouds, of which I already had a mind-shot, having spent ½ hour on my back on the grass looking up at the beautiful sky and moving clouds (along with my cat!) just the day before! I wanted to get a good night’s sleep before going to the hospital yesterday for a cataract operation, and it worked – I slept really well and woke up refreshed (which is very unusual for me!!) Then I made a conscious effort to concentrate on my breathing whilst lying on the operating table – I know it helped me enormously. So a big thank you from me!

Hi Lindsey, Thank you so much for giving us such a fun filled evening. I thought you would like to hear some of the comments some of our members put on our Whats App group after the meeting: What an amazing lady and gifted storyteller. Inspiring and uplifting. Best speaker I have ever heard in all my years in the WI. Such a well rehearsed, comedic and unusual speaker, I admired her and she made me happy. Truly brilliant evening. Such fun. I always look forward to Reiki with Lindsey. As soon as I walk in to the room the atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. After each session my mind is a lot clearer and thoughts are more aligned. I feel like the Reiki gives me a certain clarity on any emotions that I might be burying subconsciously. I always enjoy discussing how we both feel afterwards as on occasions Lindsey has felt similar emotions to me during the session. Lindsey is always very welcoming and professional. I recommend this experience to anyone who is curious or would like a relaxing, cleansing experience.

As a person I've always been quite sceptical about things such as Reiki, Mindfulness and meditation interventions. But, after doing Reiki with Lindsey my whole perception around this has completely changed. The Reiki was amazing, I felt like a grey cloud had been removed and all the traffic had disappeared from my mind! I just felt like a different person, it is so hard to explain and I still don't understand it, but I loved it and it gave me the sense of clarity that I didn't even know I was missing! I would highly recommend anyone to try this, Lindsey is brilliant!
