Wiggle and Giggle

 Borne out of the loneliness and inactivity of the pandemic these sessions are designed as a fun way to get us moving and feeling good. Fully inclusive, with the option to do seated if preferred, Wiggle and Giggle will have you moving, laughing and singing so much that you don’t actually realise that you are ‘keeping fit’.

Music has always held a special place in our lives. Whether we passively listen to our favourite songs or actively engage in music-making by singing or playing instruments, music can have a profound influence on our overall well-being. Imagine it's power when we combine it with dance, nostalgia, muscle memory and other people.

Although the mind and body are often viewed as being separate, mental and physical health are actually closely related. Good mental health can positively affect your physical health and good physical health has a knock-on effect on our mental health. Wiggle and Giggle aims to support both physical and mental health.
