Life Coaching and Recovery

Essentially, we are all individual human beings, no two people are the same. Sometimes we make mistakes, we get lost, we make poor choices or we have situations forced upon us... sometimes we get stuck. 

I have been stuck. I made bad choices.

I was very lucky though. I met people who pointed me in the right direction. I met people who supported me on that journey. I was offered opportunities and support and I accepted them. I changed my bad habits, I challenged my limiting beliefs, I made lifestyle changes.

I stopped asking 'Is today the day?' and one day said 'Today is the day!'

You can do this too. 

By challenging limiting self-beliefs, building confidence, recognising strengths and setting realistic goals,  I will help you to to move forward, step by step.

The overall aim of my coaching is to support you to have the confidence to take control and to let go of negative behaviours. We will use a combination of techniques, strategies, relaxation and goals , drawn from my years of experience in NLP, coaching and Mindfulness and from my lived experience.
